Constant Content is another work from home opp for writing. Here's what I really like about them.
First, you set your own rates and decide how much you want to get paid for each article. Then, Constant Content takes a percentage whenever an article sells.
Second, they have three licenses for your work. One is a "useage" license which means any article can be resold and resold. The second is a "unique" license which gives the buyer more ways to use your article, but you still maintain copyrights. The third is a "full rights" license which means the buyer has all rights, and the writer no longer has rights to their article. There are advantages and disadvantages to each license. But, I personally, and this is a personal choice, would not want to give up full rights to anything I wrote. I prefer to have re-publishing capabilities for my efforts. Though full and unique rights will generate much higher immediate income, I believe usage rights will generate more long term income. Of course, it depends on the articles too.
Also, Constant Content is a great way to get your name out there as a freelance writer. They have a "call" content section, and they have a "request" section where someone can personally request you to write an article for them...lots of good stuff here and a lot of good said about Constant Content.
